FACTORY ONE APARTMENTS (FULLY FURNISHED RESIDENTIAL BUILD) (Now available to supporter tier)
Hey Guys! ✨ I’m excited to share my latest build: Factory One Apartments, located in the charming Olde Platz, Windenburg.
This build was created with the For Rent Expansion Pack in mind, meaning you can section it off for multiple apartments or keep it as one big residential home for your Sims who love that industrial loft-style living.
It includes:
5 Bedrooms – each with their own private bathroom
A spacious shared open-plan kitchen & living area (perfect for socializing and community living)
Multiple cozy lounge spaces for relaxing or hanging out
An indoor bar (because every good apartment needs a spot for fun nights in 🍸)
Laundry room with 2 washers & dryers for all residents
This space is perfect for storytelling, group households, or building your own apartment complex setup.
As always, CC used is not mine, full thanks to the amazing creators who make these builds possible. 💖
