Heya :)

Sorry for disappearing for a little bit. These months are hard for me, It's the months my dad passed away in, (EDIT- This got lost in translation I think?, it's my dads 2 years death anniversary, I did not lose him last month.) also would've been his birthday and ofc the Holidays. All in all it's difficult, and a lot of emotions. I miss him so fucking much.

I'm sorry if you're going through this too, losing people is hard and gets harder with these days. My thoughts are with you, sending you all the hugs.

That said, I'm trying to finish my next set -
Here's a little sneak peek; Let me know what you think :)

I'm so sorry to hear that dude. My dad passed away unexpectedly at 63 last year. He was one of my best friends. It's the hardest thing I've ever had to go through. Sending all my love and support to you. There is no right or wrong way to grieve, so be kind to yourself. If you ever need to talk please feel free to message me. You aren't alone friend ❤️

I'm sorry for your loss, and I understand. On the 29th of November was the anniversary of my 22-year-old grandson being shot and killed. My prayers go out to you and your family.

First, **hugs**. My sympathies for your loss. My father passed away last month, also, but for him it was very much a release. He was in his 80s (I'm 55 and the youngest in the family) and had reached a stage of dementia that he needed constant care, and during his lucid moments he hated how much of a burden he was on my sisters. Also, he'd been missing my mother a hella LOT for years now, so I'm sure he's very happy to be back with her. We were prepared to lose him. I'll miss him a lot -- I still miss my mother a great deal from time to time -- but we were all ready. But that's not the way it happens for everyone. Especially if/when you're younger and they leave such a gaping hole. (When I lost my mom, even though I'd been an adult for decades, it still felt like I was missing something vital. I used to talk to her and ask her things from time to time and she was just always a resource that I could go to until she just wasn't, you know?) Second, if your Sims work brings you joy and helps you get out of your head, we appreciate it! I love your little sets! But don't feel at all pressured by anyone on the internet. You live your life the way you need to. **hugs** That said, your preview is *adorable*. :D

Gosh, I am so so sorry to hear that. My dad did not have dementia, but I can relate to seeing someone get worse over time. It's awful and depressing and death can be a release. Doesn't make it any easier though. Thank you for your kind words, sending you lots of strenght and hugs. And I know I'm a random stranger on the internet but my DM's are always open if you want/need to talk about it. <3

Hi I don't play sims right now but I saw your post and just wanted to give you a HUG and tell you it will be okay. I've lost both my parents and I know how much it sucks. You're not alone

R
RavenSim · December 3, 2025

You have no idea how much that means. Sending you hugs back <3

Hugs! I understand completely, having lost both parents before my 30s. Holidays and honestly life is just not the same during this time of year. Greif is hard and comes in waves, take care of you and know you have a community here that supports you and is here for you when you are ready.

I am so sorry to hear that. My mom (still alive as far as I know) left 25 years ago. And with my dad I was 38. So even though I'm a little older when I lost my dad, I still feel your pain. It's way too early. All you can do is take it one day at a time. Sending you all the strenght for the holidays <3

Celebrate your papi! Seriously! have his favorite meal or dessert and think of him and all the happy memories. Life is short- and though we cannot take away the pain, we can learn to live with it easier. It NEVER goes away- that hole in your heart where that piece used to be but their departure took that piece with them... I'm am so so so sorry for your loss. My heart mourns for you. Take the time you need for YOU. If you are not in a healthy headspace, your art will reflect it- maybe only you will notice, but that in itself can be dampening. BIG LOVE!!!
