La Tercera Romantic Restaurant & Speakeasy
Happy Valentine's all!
Here is a version of the romantic restaurant, Clos Maggiore, located in London, but with a Parisian spin!
Hanging flowers adorn the dinging areas on each floor. There's a second story terrace for the perfect weather dining experience.
Downstairs you'll find the speakeasy literary themed whiskey bar for an aperitif or a nightcap.
There's also a Patisserie and flower shop along with a top floor flat if your sims desire to spend the night ;)
Tray files will be uploaded in the next post for Patrons :)

Hi there! Just for clarification -- is the CC including on the pdf list included in the mod zip folders or are these items we need to find ourself? New to this sorry!
Hello babe! So the PDF files need to be downloaded as well. Most are from paid cc creators and others are from creators who have a TOU that permit me from reuploading. Sorry for the inconvenience.
