August/September Builds

Hi all! I am so sorry that I am late posting August builds. Unfortunately I was ill and having to navigate a few updates with my Mac and Sims Tray File Importer. The new Mac update is incompatible but I have figured out a work-around and will be posting those builds along with September's.

For August I am posting a Music Venue/Studio and a Uni - Sorority!

For September I have a Dark Academia Fraternity and Southwest Shopping Center with a cafe/restaurant, shopping, yoga/exorcise studio and cosmetology spa for your sims relaxation, facials, or Botox!

I created two FREE households of Sorority Girls and Fraternity Boys that you'll be able to download to play within the builds.

I have also subscribed to Casa Dutti for September's builds you will have to download from them to complete the builds as pictured.

Spooky requests are open for October now!
