Hi friends,
over the last couple of weeks - especially after the last update - users reported issues related to the generally buggy Meta Room Setup, such as Hotties spawning outside the room or the virtual penis hovering two meters in the air.
Meta’s OS updates over the past months have been nothing short of catastrophic. They seem to roll out four or five versions simultaneously, while users aren’t able to select a specific one. This makes it nearly impossible for us to reproduce bugs and provide fixes.
Nevertheless, we managed to resolve the spawning problem by changing the mechanism: the Hottie now spawns one meter (about 3 ft) in front of your headset at startup. Just make sure you’re not staring at a wall when launching VR HOT ;)
We also made some under-the-hood changes to the Virtual Penis, which appear to have fixed the startup issues. However, since the Room Setup can still interfere, please restart VR HOT every time after opening the Room Setup.

Improvements:
Spawn Point Adjustment – The Hottie now spawns 1 meter (3 ft) in front of the headset at startup.
Body Tracking – The Virtual Penis is now tracked much more accurately.
Bug Fixes:
Fixed manual rotation issues when the Hottie is lying on their back.
Known Issues:
A headset restart after completing the room setup is necessary for the virtual penis to work reliably
Hottie may get stuck in small gaps between walls or furniture
Little green ball from the interaction menu doesn’t vanish after switching from hand tracking to controllers

Quest stand alone version. How can I turn off the pass through or is it not an option on the stand alone
VR HOT for Quest is MR-only (passthrough). In order to create good looking Hotties we had to get rid of environments and the Player Body. The Quest is not powerful enough to run everything in a decent quality.

Exactly. You always only need to download and install the latest version!
Quest stand alone version. I can't pose the hottie. She's made of rubber and can't be moved. Well she can be moved but springs back into position like a chipmunk on caffeine and Crack.... 😆 🤣 Am I missing something. Also, a great feature would be the ability to form the model into what ever position you want, could be a free form setting or toggle. Another thing I've noticed is the grab feature never works for me. I've tried everything. The red thing appears. Hand open into body. Still never works. But sometimes the model will get stuck to my virtual hand without trying. Lol. Also furniture recognition would be great. The model seems to have a hard time with furniture.
Similar answer here. In order to make this work, you first have to start an intercourse from the menu, such as "Missionary" e.g. Then you can change her position (to an extent). Ideally grab her by the hips. And you have to use your controllers. You can also change the leg positions manually. We want to make it as realistic as possible and in real life you can't position your partners freely neither. It would also create a lot of unsolved problems in our system. If you could position the Hottie freely into any position, it needs to be able getting out of it again. If you put the Hottie upside down on the palm tree and ask her to follow you, there are no animations making it turn around and climb down the tree. Alternatively the Hottie would need to spawn into neutral positions. Re grab: I just tried it, it works perfectly fine. Please make sure the headset cameras can see your fingers when closing them for a grab. You palm has to show up, otherwise the cameras can't see your gesture. Re furniture: It's already there, but VR HOT relies on the room setup by Meta. Please make sure your room setup is accurate, otherwise the Hotties won't be able to interact with it.
Sorry, I can't figure out how to record a change in body position in Oculus Guest 3 - for example, I move my arm or leg, let go, and it immediately returns back. What do I need to press to make it stay there?

I can’t open the file. The place it says to go isn’t at the top right on sidequest. I’m using the quest 3s

Inspired by spline VR and a couple of other designers, Ideas for added skin realism, a control dial for cellulite, tan lines, veins, freckles, and for genitals, a control dial to have the edges and internal orifices appear a darker shading to look more like a hole with depth, naturally absent of light. Playing on quest 3. The rotation improvements are great.
The computing power of the Quest headsets is very limited. If you are looking for the best possible graphics, you should check out our PCVR version on Steam.

What do you mean? Are you still experiencing problems with the Hottie spawning in the wrong place?
Is it possible to remove the floating menu prompt on the left hand during hand tracking mode?
It only appears when you turn your wrist accordingly. You can't switch it off, because you'd lose the interaction menu completely then.
Is it possible that we will ever have more clothes for men in the game?
Yes, that's on the list! There are clothes (shirts, pants, boots, etc.) from the PC version which have to be customized for the Quest version.
great work. One more wishlist, for accessibility, is it possible to have the option to type in, or copy/paste what we want to say in the field instead of just speaking? It will be cool to type in/paste in what I want, so then they can initiate dialogue about it which can help guide/add to the personality you want them to portray.
