Hi friends,
first of all, we want to talk about the AI. For those who don’t know, this feature is currently exclusive to the Quest version after Steam banned the use of generative AI in adult games.
We can’t give you any details yet, but we will soon be able to make a major upgrade to the service. The most important information for you: this will not result in any additional cost. The AI will remain a default feature for our Quest subscribers.
But now, let’s take a look at our new features and improvements.
This might be the prettiest update so far. We have significantly improved the quality of skin and hair, bringing it surprisingly close to the level of the PCVR version.
Another improvement is the now movable main light source. There is a new rod (red) which can be adjusted to change the direction of the main light source.
There is now a switchable Skin Filter in the menu. This will make the skin look really good, but it does impact performance. The filter and the Hottie shadows are switched off by default on Quest 2!
The speech recognition is now faster, more stable, and has much less impact on the frame rate. You will no longer experience it freezing.
We also implemented Spatial Audio. Unlike the PC version,the Quest version didn’t previously have directional audio. Now, the Hotties not only look better but also sound better!

I installed vr hot on the quest3 but I can't use the AI functions. in the program when I click on the icon "activate AI" the response is "there is no android system" "no apps can perform this action"

We are continuously updating clothing options, but we rely on compatible assets available on the market. We don't make them ourselves.

i see that there have not been any updates on steam for some time. Will you be updateing it on steam anymore? i purchased the title on Steam, how can i transfer my purchase to patreon instead?
We always said that we will continue to update the PCVR version on Steam. There will be an update soon. You can't transfer the purchase to Patreon as it's two different programs. VR HOT for Quest is MR/AR(passthrough)-only and runs standalone on the Quest 2, 3 or Pro. It also gives you access to our conversational AI. VR HOT for PC is VR-only and runs on your PC.

As you don't have a player body in this version (just your real one) there is no "Me" secton in the menu. I guess you are thinking of the PCVR version.

This is possible in the PCVR version! In the Quest version it's not possible due to the lack of a tracking-supporting software. Such as SteamVR.

Any version stays playable with the exception of the AI. The latter is a service and will never be available as a one-time purchase due to the monthly server costs.

App unstable, modifying models causes hottie to disappear and I lose all my updates. Very frustrating.
Great update in terms of realism to the model... just 1 question though... does anyone else experience major lagging on Meta Quest 3?? Never happened before the update.
If you are using the highest quality level, activate shadows and the new skin filter, it might lag. Some of the hair styles make it worse. Try to play with these things to improve the performance.
Hi, great improvements. Of course, the highest quality level seems meant for the MQ3, I can't blame you for that, it's a good idea. The main gripe I do have is maybe something I'm missing? Why does the text tip for "press x to turn on the mic" stay on? The other text stays there too, right in the center of the view, right in front of the hottie?
Just press X and then again and it will be gone.

Just install the new version. The Hotties will not be deleted, simple as that!
Hello. Is it possible to localize the game to other languages using Google Translate? For example, I voice a command, and the GT translates it into a language that the program understands. There is no need to localize the text menu and character voice, everything is intuitive. And since many people are not English-speaking, it is very difficult to use voice commands. Well, or at least add a button to disable voice commands in the menu (like for AI). If users' gender preferences are taken into account, why are language preferences ignored?
With last update something is happened. My image on MQ3 started to tear with every movement of the head, both on the character and in the menu. Even slight movement causes the image to jump and tear. This wasn't the case before.
some suggestions: -being able to move the model also using the movement stick -make framerate more stable, this can be possible for example by decreasing the resolution when the model gets closer, and increasing the resolution when she moves away. The updates that were made were a much needed an improvement so I’m happy about that.. but I also agree with everything here… mainly there needs to be a better way to control the hottie’s limbs and hip and add the head. Trying to get her into place with the left controller and then aim and laser with right controller to the left arm menu is near impossible. Why not just be able to move each control point when you want to. Instead she gets all twisted up into a pretzel and it’s quite aggravating. I feel like I spend half my time trying to fix her position with the outcome never to my success getting aggravated calling her retarded, cussing at her and quitting lol.
The new skin and hair are awesome, really catching up to the PC version in the looks department!
hi developers, hi all, i don't understand why I experience poor performance in terms of framerate, this is extremely variable, however when you play with the model you inevitably end up in a very low framerate, clearly there is a need for dynamic occlusion, I put the skin details to a minimum, but still the framerate is low, obviously without clothes, because also these heavily penalize the framerate, perhaps to improve it even more we would need an option to deactivate the hair physics, because that also impacts the framerate. for the rest I recognize that it is a really valid product that really wants to do a lot, but it needs more optimizations from PCvr to quest 3, I would like to see videos of vrhot in standalone, does anyone have any?
Thank you for the update. Not all will agree, but in my opinion the quest version is superior in passthrough and performs better than PC which have aswell. I have been using this now. That's not a universal opinion. The Patreon subscription should naturally support the cost of ai. I would just do monthly or bi monthly updates. Since it's a pain to update on our end but we want to keep it fresh.

is it possible to use our own IA ? like https://github.com/oobabooga/text-generation-webui ? maybe the "embeded IA service" is the cause of steam ban . since they are expecting that you are doing the censuring and it's not possible. if it VR hot was only able to connect to IA , without "forcing" their own service , by alowing to connect to an local or remote ia instance url , then you could sy that you have no "censuring" ability because the IA is choosen by the user. i think that you ia service shoul not be "a remote embeded service" , but a url connection , with possibilite to use oobabooga or another IA while proposing on your website your own IA as premium service.
