COMING DEC 1st - 🪵Updated Nether Stems, Creaking Heart, & Bedrock Splashes [Available now for Pack Testers]

Couple log-related changes that just barely missed last month's update.

Although I still consider the crimson and warped stems "placeholder" textures in the pack, while updating their top textures I took the opportunity to add PBR to the sides as well. Figured even if they're going to be re-done eventually, we might as well make the current placeholders look good in the meantime. While porting to Bedrock I realized the warped stem wasn't working at all in the current version of the pack, so that has been fixed.

Made some similar polishing changes to the different creaking heart variants while updating their top textures. They should be looking a little better on Java, and a lot better on Bedrock. It doesn't show up all that well in the screenshot I used, but the bedrock creaking heart PBR was completely clashing with the pale oak logs; the updated versions blend perfectly.

Finally, a kind of random addition, but the Bedrock pack will now include all the Java pack's custom splash texts. Adding a splash text to the pack is a perk offered to the Development Council tier Patrons - and your splashes will now show up in both packs!
