Announcing MadProps Public Gallery and Scene-making Contest! Submit by 9/11

Hey everyone, I hope your summer was amazing and your games were thrilling. To help with Fall game prep, we're celebrating MadProps exiting alpha by throwing our first Scene-making contest. Check out the video above for how to do it, but here are the details:

EVERYONE WINS!

Just by submitting scenes to the, new public Gallery, you get credits back. 2 credits for every image (background and props count), 500 credits per day, and 800 credits in total (up to your tier credit limit). And the more sharing, the more content you get to use yourself.

GRAND PRIZE:

We're giving away at least one free Ultra annual subscription. Maybe more. Depends on the submission activity.

HOW DO I WIN?

The community will be voting in the Gallery itself by favoriting scenes that they like. The scene with the highest score wins, and a cohort of community members will be adjudicating ties or deciding in the absence of votes.

TIMEFRAME?

All Gallery submissions between now and Sept 11, 2026 will be considered valid entries.

HOW DO I ENTER?

Start by sharing your first scene (see the video). You will be prompted to give yourself a sharing handle. you can also submit multiple scenes at once by opening your saved Scenes slide-out and selecting multiple scenes, then "Publishing" them. Note that if your scene was based on a BatlGrid map, you can attach that map to your scene too!

WHAT ELSE?

  • No cheating. We reserve the right to revoke credits, kick you from the platform, or publicly shame you... so be a good, upstanding citizen.

  • No unlicensed content. MadProps already has some built-in protections, but DO NOT try to submit content you've altered from elsewhere or from another creator. Just share scenes that you've generated fully in MadProps (or using a BatlGrid gallery map) or you could be banned from the platform.

  • Try the scenes! Don't forget the new Foundry import features. You can try any scene you've created or any scene from the Gallery directly in Foundry using the new import features.
