New Feature: "Download All" from Baileywiki Cloud

A quick tutorial on how to pre-download anything you want from Baileywiki 2D assets or scene browsers. Just right-click any category and download everything in one gulp!

Why does this matter?

  1. You want to download all assets to take them with you

  2. You don't want to rely on the on-demand download function and don't care about space requirements

  3. The easiest way to get the latest month's release in seconds

HOW TO USE IT?

Update BOTH Baileywiki Mass Edit AND Baileywiki Content Module, both free downloads from the Foundry directory. Then, make sure you authenticate your Patreon in the BCM settings.

Then just right-click any category in the Assets or Scene browsers to download everything.

Enjoy!

hi there, I seem to be having an issue where I can't install any of the categories, only the singular maps, I have updated everything. Am I doing something wrong or is this a bug?

When you say you can't install any of the categories, can you tell me more about what you are trying to do? Are you right-clicking a category in the Asset Browser but it isnt presenting you with the Download All prompt? But it is presenting this prompt with the Scene Browser? Or are you describing something totally different?

Is there any way to move the legacy files I have downloaded and have them recognized by the new module? My internet is way too slow to redownload everything :(

Indeed, if you examine the file paths for the new BCM and the old modules, you will see they are exactly the same. So as long as you copy them over to keep the for structure the same, the system will recognize them as downloaded

What a boss move! Got me off the fence, upgrading, and telling my friends. One friend just got his Foundry license yesterday! You just made a loyal fan here!

Love it! I'm yet to make the move to BCM due to my 3D integrations; one thing I could see as very helpful would be some sort of indicator to notify at a glance what has been downloaded or not - i.e. if already downloaded a release, or partially downloaded (due to Mass Edit). Also, perhaps a way to delete downloads to save space (although I'm sure I could find the files manually when I move over)? Another Q, how does this work with animated doors & sounds? If I create a door manually and wish to add an animation/sound, where would I find those assets without them already being downloaded? (probably a basic Q, but haven't migrated yet).

Hmm, good ideas. 3D is it's own module still, so you don't need to migrate that one yet Good question about the audio. You can search for all the audio using the Mass Edit browser in the audio tab. Just searching ".ogg" should surface everything. But the question has me thinking we could build an audio category into the Category Browser at some point.

I'm very interested in this but nothing is happening when I right-click (and no errors on console). I've checked the module versions match the video and after updating I do now get the file-size tooltip but I'm not getting the 'Asset Download' prompt. Any ideas where I should be looking?

To follow-up on this, it did not work in Chrome (145.0.7632.160 with uBlock origin lite), but switching to Firefox (148.0.2 with uBlock origin) it worked OK. Not sure why ¯\_(ツ)_/¯

This is great, quick question I don't use foundry very much, I if I download the files will they just be in a file folder for me to access with other VTTs and map makers or are the files proprietary to foundry only

B
Baileywiki · March 15, 2026

Yes, they download to folders on your computer.
