Free Version Update+ weekly notice

So for this week we have a preview of a new BG. This will serve as the entrance point to the tattoo parlor and one more more place I intend to use as the Vtuber's main hangout spot. Not really a fan at how you just pop into the tattoo parlor at the moment so that'll probably be reworked a little when it's in.

We also have the updated free version which should have a bunch of bugfixes. Hope you all enjoy. If you're wondering what's going on with the mac version well I tried messing around around with rollbacks to see if that could undo whatever problem was causing the builds to fail. It did not. In fact if everything isn't as up to date as possible the build fails instantly. So back to the drawing board on that one.
