Pins: The Final Delivery
Greetings Friends,
We wanted to give a final update on our October 2022 pins.
In short, the final batch is OUT and should be arriving shortly (if it has not already reached you). We've been getting confirmations from Canada, Australia, India, and Europe this week, and expect the final delivery by the end of next week (to a very remote Patron).
We want to restate here that we're sorry this became an issue. Shipping pins is a LOT harder than shipping patches, and the total cost per person ended up at about $16 each with the multiple attempts and final international shipping costs that ensured everything arrived safely. In the end we found a reliable way to get these to your door, but it cost more than we anticipated. We paid for the difference out of pocket as part of our commitment to all of you. We know it never should have taken this long, and we made a lot of mistakes we'll now know how to avoid in the future. Every pin has tracking and if there are issues (knock on wood) you can reach out to us via PM. Thank you again for your patience. Here's to an easier time next time!

I'm in Queensland, Australia and haven't recieved mine yet. Is there a tracking number I could follow up? My letter box is one of those secure parcel boxes so it would be safe from sticky hands.

Just an update my pin arrived in rural Queensland, Australia today! We are 4.5 hours drive west of our capital Brisbane, but international mail is routed through another capital: Sydney. Not sure if I'm one of the most remote Patreons but hope this helps anyone else waiting for theirs. Love the little fox..thank you! 🦊

I know it's subjective, but I'd prefer a patch over a pin every time. Especially if you're losing money over it.
