Enamel Pin Update and Q&A
We've got just a week left on this year's pin-drive! We're hard at work creating, and just today we recorded a little behind-the-scene episode that will drop later today or tomorrow. But, let's go over the info for the Enamel Pins one more time!
When do they arrive?
We expect to ship them from December 27th-January 15th. Please allow 2 weeks for shipping for The Americas/Europe, 3-4 weeks for Australia/Asia/Africa.
How do I get a Cruxmont pin if I'm not a Patron yet?
Join our Patreon by selecting a tier and completing the sign-up requirements.
Be a Patron in-good-standing at the Citizen Tier ($5+ USD) or above, on the date of October 18th (5pm EST)
Be sure to add your mailing address in your Patreon profile.
How do I make sure I'll get a Cruxmont Pin if I'm already a Patron?
Be sure your account and billing info are up-to-date and functional.
Be sure to update/check your mailing address in your Patreon account.
How do I get the Soren's Lantern pin?
These pins are a special treat for those super-supporters at the Researcher Tier ($20+ USD) or above...
Who are supporters in-good-standing on the date of October 18th (at 5pm EST)...
and who have updated their mailing address onPatreon.
How do I check my address in Patreon?
Check your profile/account info on the top right-hand corner of Patreon.com.
Your mailing address needs to be accurate on October 18th!
Do not email us your address, only change it here on Patreon!
Note: Only if your address changes between October 18th and the shipping date (Est. December), you should send us a PM so we can adjust accordingly. Otherwise, we will be working off a spreadsheet we export at 5pm EST on October 18th.
When is the last chance to get the pins? Can I order them later?
The patron-drive for both pins ends at 5pm EST on October 18th.
These are limited run supporter-exclusive pins, we have no plans to make them available for purchase.
So, if you want to support us and get some great gear/kit/swag, be sure you've updated your account or signed up to support our shows!

in good standing, does that mean we have to have pledged at that tier for x amount of time? or simply have pledged at any level?
Just pledged with a valid form of payment at the tier for the pin/pins you want to receive.
Hi Travis, I know you mentioned that we could reach out when you were back from vacation about the 2021 patches that got lost in the mail. Would it be possible to get the 2021 patch shipped with the 2022 pin?

Ever since I signed up in 2020 stoked to get the “White Vault” pin I didn’t . Didn’t last year either. My address is up to date I don’t know what’s up.

What exactly does it mean to be a Patreon 'in good standing '? 😅
Just that your payment isn't declined. I.e. Don't sign up on the 18th at 5pm, cancel at 5:01pm, dispute the charge with your credit card company, and demand a pin with your refund.
