Moving to Germany
Hey Friends,
You may have noticed our absence on the general internet for the last two weeks, while we've stayed at BNB's (with generally terrible WIFI), and dodged some truly terrible weather. In short, we have been in Germany looking at a half dozen cities and towns to see if an idea we had could potentially become reality.
So, after more than a year of planning, Eezo, Kaitlin, and I are beginning the process of immigrating to Germany!
We really love it here, and continuously check to make sure that we didn't die on the flight, or somehow fall into The Matrix. We have a very long process ahead of us, but the road is lined with friendly people, yourselves included, and this path would have never been possible for us without you. We are excited about a future in an apartment of our own, in a small town in Germany.
We should return to somewhat normal internet & communication patterns next week, though our work/life schedule will be very strange for the next month or two.

Servus! :) Bad Tölz is one of the places we have looked at living but as towns here can be fairly small we're trying not to say exactly which one we picked, if that makes sense. We are very glad to be moving very soon with any luck! Mountains, beer, pretzels (which are incidentally vegan), and the wonderful people living in Bavaria may have played a part in our decision making.
Congratulations! My wife’s side of our family live in Baden-Württemburg. We look forward to visiting them next week, and are considering relocating there from the US ourselves. Be well!
