Attention Citizens, the infamous traitor Dr. Moren has been captured, thanks to the valiant efforts of four Citizens during the Battle for the Crumbling Wall. While the Special Defense Force is still dismantling his co-conspirator network, know that Atrius has, and will, endure any threat.

Dr. Moren, formerly of the Advanced Technology Division of the DRD, is expected to receive a quick trial and sentencing to match the harshness of his deeds.
