New Year, New Adventures
Hey Friends,
We are excited to finally reach 2021. New Year's Eve has felt like a finish line for many of us since March, and now that we're on the other side of it, many of us feel more optimistic about what is to come.
We've already spent most of today on paperwork, planning and preparing for our busiest year yet... We also did a fair bit of reflecting. We accomplished much over the last 12 months. Both of us became full time creators. Eezo got to spend almost every moment of every day with us. We raised over $12,000 for charity, we started working with Marisa on dialogue editing for every episode. We met and worked with so many talented actors. AND we released five seasons of content:
~6.5 hours of The White Vault
~1.5 hours of Iluka
~5 hours of VAST Horizon
~2.5 hours of Liberty: The Tower
~8.5 hours of Dark Dice
So many stories... and that was only possible because of you.
We have some big goals for 2021. We will be bringing four stories to their conclusion: finishing the new four part Liberty story, Nolira's story in VAST Horizon, our new The White Vault miniseries (which is our most ambitious project to date), and the first main arc of The White Vault. We may also hope to sneak in a few bonus stories along the way. :)
On the non-podcasting side, we also hope to see the outside, to (eventually) meet up with friends & family, go hiking, and explore. We hope that your 2021 is a big improvement over the previous year, and that we are able to keep you entertained in your journeys when travel is advised once again.
No New Year's Resolutions for us. If last year taught us anything, it's just to do the best with what you have. We truly wish you all a brighter year ahead.

That Eezo! So dapper! And seriously, I cannot thank you enough for all your stories. You legit got me through 2020.
I think we should all agree that 2021 doesn't actually start until May. That way another garbage gets heaped onto the dumpster fire of 2020. That said, I found the white Vault in 2020, one of the highlights of that year.
...time is a somewhat arbitrary human creation, and as a woman of color, I know things - life - can turn worse without warning (and certainly isn’t beholden to our time constructs or constraints). Hopefully you guys will continue to go from strength to strength in 2021 and bring more people into the Fool & Scholar family. And with Eezo in a more hands-on senior management role now, I've no doubt your success is guaranteed!

Congratulations on surviving this year, and with such considerable achievements, too. And all the best for your new adventures! Which might not be wishes just for you, as I could never suspect that one of the things that help me survive this strange year will be a horror audio drama. Or that I'd end up enjoying listening to other people playing a game. And it'd turn out to be so much more. Thank you :)
