Early to Mix - Early May Update
Greetings Citizens,
We wanted to give you an update on what's been happening over the past few weeks. First and foremost, we should have an early release of TftT #201: Excuse Me up before too much longer. One of the perks of being horribly ill (and briefly hospitalized over the weekend) is being up at odd hours of the night...
Here's some of what we've been up to, and what's in store, starting next week:
Over the last month we were at conventions in Chicago (with the voice of Dismas), St. Louis, and Cape Town (South Africa), and we'll be at Megacon (Orlando) and Wizard World Philly later this month!
We'll be showcasing some brand new concept art here soon! We have some great pieces that were done recently, including works by new artists like Eric Belisle (Pathfinder), Alex Pascenko (World of Warcraft), and Casey Bailey, who just got one of his Liberty concepts accepted into Spectrum: Fantastic Arts!
You might hear a few familiar voices in the very near future if you listen to the horror podcasts The Tunnels and Small Town Horror. We also spoke about our Editing Software, Mixcraft, in the latest episode of the Audio Drama Production Podcast (at about 21 minutes in).
In addition to producing Tales from the Tower, the White Vault , and Vigilance, we're working simultaneously on six comic book issues with six different artists across five continents. It's sort of like being Doctor Who trying to navigate the battle damage on each character in each scene (as most of these books happen right after one another), and we'll have some great art to show for it very soon! Speaking of which, starting next week, for the $5 Patrons, we'll be picking back up and uploading more comic pages featuring Bridget the Ruffian [the lady pictured above]'s Tales of Daring, as she moves to assassinate the leader of the Conway family! We'll also be continuing Archon Reeve's story shortly after. Today's art: Bridget the Ruffian, is by Casey Bailey.
In addition to the above we've outlined a few new projects, including a script for a romantic comedy set within the Fringe, and an outline for a podcast show that might cross over into other podcasts from time to time... Both projects are still a ways out (~18 months?) but we'll keep you updated as things develop.
We truly appreciate each and every one of you!
Atrius Endures,
-Travis & Kaitlin (and Eezo)
