Rental Properties Mod

This Rental Properties mod is about renting any house, mansion, or even a tiny home! You can definitely be creative and download a residential made by any simmer that says Apartments buildings and make it functional if it has a downstairs bar or coffee shop.

It has 11 Lot traits that will remind you every Monday to pay your rent!
Your sim can rent on a budget or a luxurious mansion:

Better choosing only one price lot trait, your sim will be paying the rent every Monday by clicking on the mailbox and selecting "Pay Rent"

It will pay the rent automatically for you and show you the receipt.

Once the rent is paid the household won't have the moodlet anymore and will recieve a payment Receipt.

The Pay Rent interaction will only shows up Mondays when you recieve the payment notification from 6am and will last around 16 hours and be able to pay only if you are in your house area.
Only Teen, young adult, adult and elder are able to pay.

As it's impossible for any house in the Sims 4 to be rented, better buy your sim a house then give them their money back and start renting at any price you want.

If you think you need a specific price for your sim to pay please let me know and I will add it to this mod so everyone can enjoy it as well.

Broken sink? Shower or bath? please just call the landlord no need to fix something that isn't yours!

Landlord will fix anything in the lot that is broken including City Living objects that breaks and even the rat and the roach hole! But the interaction that will make them come to the property are Base Game Objects only! Includes TVs, toilets, bathtube, showers, stove, fridge, sink and the breakable city living objects...

Your sim will have this Fine Moodlets as they are tenant and will allow them to call the landlord to fix anything.

Also in the Friendly selection =>under Complaints this interaction will be available for your sim and landlord only (Won't be available to children).

If this moodlets come to you sim the Landlord will give you a discount of $75 only that time.

If this moodlet pop up the landlord will give you an amount of money between $0 to $300 to be able to replace the old boring sink!

If you bring the Landlord while there's no need for fixes on the lot they will leave immediately.
