For get work controllers! Need open configuration window in SteamVR and set events:
Disable mirror for hands
_touchpad - for teleport and move (left and right hand)
_squeeze - for fist (left and right hand)
_fire - for index finger (left and right hand)
_fire_down - for UI click (left and right hand)
_button_front_down - for get dialoge (left hand)
_button_back_down - for open game menu (right hand)
In next update I'll fix this, now this need to do manual (NOT NEED For Oculus)

Hello, not yet, I plan to start doing this after the update this month
I'd like to be able to insert urine holes or nostrils (such as small instruments) and nipple holes as well. I also want a bigger XXXXL size "Dildo."
I'm afraid that's a little too much.
Maybe a future release will allow for some touch features to be done using mouse control.

I can't manage to advance the game in Oculus Quest 2. Not coming question/answer or only with delay. Also not coming the elevator command.
You need to keep a short distance from the elevator and press the interaction button
