Bye Bye Zebra (No Random Illness)

⏩ Small tuning package to disable random illness from your Sim.

• 🧩 Random illnesses are a feature of EP01 Get to Work.

• I just updated it from weerbesu because it has been broken for a while and he deleted the post. Again, I don't own any game tuning. If weerbesu wants to update and repost it, I will delete this.

If you have SOL and you got random illnesses from that, you need to remove KS - SOL Sickness System instead of using this because this has nothing to change SOL. Also, you won't need this if you use SimRealist's Private Practice or adeepindigo's Healthcare Redux. (Highly recommend their mods!)
