This is getting interesting. Earlier thought Ashley was looking towards the door and person coming in. With this new character (who I'm looking forward to learning more about), we see she is standing at the end of the same desk Ashley is sitting on. The door hinge behind her would lead us to believe both Ashley and her are looking at a possible third person or something else is going on in the room. The person entering the room is coming in behind both of them and they may not be aware that he is entering the room. So, seems to be a meeting/gathering of some sort (no one appears scared, angry or startled) with most probably a fourth person yet to be identified.
