What I see? Based on the architecture and streetlights I literally see GASLIGHTING, but with a modern vehicle?! What's really going on in the studio? LOL.

given frome what I've seen it's a mystery style game set in the late victorien age, probaly has to do with wizerdry and the supernatual , and has plenty of sex with it given yout team is a adult VN develoment team also frome the hair like figure it has to do with eather a invation or a isikie type game
Going by the car it modem times (1970 +), But looking at the buildings and the tower it's an old city, (Late Victorian, early Edwardian) and going by the window we are in a Public building or an Academy of some sort.
Background looks great. My guess: We are now out from the university. Looks like a detective office investigating mysteries on a dark city.
I like the atmosphere. Very noir-esque
