Australian Outback Map v4.9

New update of the Australian Outback Map!

This update adds Calowrie Company, some performance optimizations and lot's of other improvements!  

The map is compatible with 1.49.xx.

Changelog;
- New location: Calowrie Company.
- Fixed small details between Cooladdi - Yalamurra.
- Minor performance optimizations around Charleville.
- Some performance optimizations around Cooladdi.
- Large performance optimization around Snow's Place.
- Lowered rolling hills height.
- Replaced some older road lines with new one's, and added around Charleville.
- Added Australian static lead trailer model.
- Fixed couple of minor bugs.
- Added correct Queensland Police Livery.
- Added Police Vehicle to AI traffic.
- Added speed signs & limits around Charleville.

Follow this guide for correct view/functioning of the map, and compatibility with other mods.  Mod manager load order;  

Economy mods like more xp or money.
