This might be my inner psycho talking, or the fact that the goblin quest implies that goblins are seen as vermin, but he could have just killed the women as well. That being said, I do love it.

No wonder there was a bounty on them! They must've been terrorizing merchants and villages to feed their tribe. Orcs being a tribe of warriors, I'm not surprised that the women accepted him as their man since he bested all the others! š
Now let's just hope the orc problem doesn't get any worseā¦ especially with all those wild orc widows roaming free!š±
