5721 SUNCHASE COURT (FURNISHED)

Hey, here's a cluttered and fully furnished 3 bedroom/2 bathroom family home. This lot comes with a spacious kitchen, living room, and pre-decoraed rooms for a family of 6-7 (i'll make a family to pair with this home). This lot has been test played and works on my end. Make sure to tag my socials below if you use the build in any way. Happy Simming!

for functional gameplay, delete anything on the stove and/or counters to be able to cook. magnets need to be removed to use the fridge. that's about it!

DOWNLOAD: MediaFire 🔽

make sure to download the "SUNCHASE TRAY FILES" AND "SUNCHASE CC" (kept this as minimal as I could!) for the lot to show up in your library with custom content check marked for lots. my gallery ID is "sierrathesimmer." you should be searching the lot in your library.

Lot Size - 30 x 20 (anywhere)

A huge thanks to all the cc creators that helped in the making of this build!

I just ask that you do not claim any of my sims or builds as your own. Do not place this build, change a few things and then claim as your own!

Please do not share the link to download this to others. This build will be available to the public on March 1st.

MAKE SURE 'BB.MOVEOBJECTS' and "BB.SHOWHIDDENOBJECTS" IS ON BEFORE PLACING LOT.

sn: If you notice something is missing, message me and let me know. I export all the custom content through Tray Importer and sometimes it won't upload everything.

I have 50,000+ files of cc. I do not intentionally ever not include any of the custom content used!
