ABERNATHY LAW FIRM & CO. ⚖️
Here's a law office firm fit for all your sims in the Law Career (Get To Work required). This lot pairs well with Kiara Sims 4's Active Lawyer Career Mod. This lot is set as Generic but will work if you use the Mod to change the lot type to a Law Firm.
Includes a receptionist area, 6 law offices, 2 meeting rooms (1 large, 1 small), 6 cubicle stations for interns, a bathroom and a kitchen area. This lot has been test played and works on my end. Make sure to tag my socials below if you use the build in any way. Happy Simming!
DOWNLOAD: MediaFire 🔽
make sure to download the "ALFCO TRAY FILES" AND "ALFCO CC" for the lot to show up in your library with custom content check marked for lots. my gallery ID is "sierrathesimmer." you should be searching the lot in your library.
Lot Size - 40 x 30 (placed in Tartosa, but can be placed anywhere)
A huge thanks to all the cc creators that helped in the making of this build!

I just ask that you do not claim any of my sims or builds as your own. Do not place this build, change a few things and then claim as your own!
Please do not share the link to download this to others. This build will be available to the public on New Year's Eve!
MAKE SURE 'BB.MOVEOBJECTS' and "BB.SHOWHIDDENOBJECTS" IS ON BEFORE PLACING LOT.

sn: If you notice something is missing, message me and let me know. I export all the custom content through Tray Importer and sometimes it won't upload everything.
I have 50,000+ files of cc. I do not intentionally ever not include any of the custom content used!

Oh it should be the last swatch, I just added the law logo as the last swatch on the crumbl cookie sign. See if you can change the swatch, that’s weird.
This is too cute. Now I'm about to change my fav Sim name to match his firm lol
This build is super cute but there is some cc missing--or something--it placed with lots of weird mirrors.
Where are the mirrors replacing?
would i have to travel or?
You should be able to travel there and do the daily duties from a computer.
So would I have to travel there when the work day starts or does it replace the rabbithole>
You should be able to travel there and do the daily duties from a computer. Instructions: Place the appropriate venue in your game and then make sure you have selected the venue as the lot type. Then your Sim will be promoted to go to work.
Ouuu I’m Already Downloading 🥰 My Sim Gonna Be A Lawyer❤️
This is super cute!
Can’t wait to download it …..
