NYC SOFT PINK MINIMALIST LOFT APARTMENT ♡

Hey, here's my New York + Pinterest inspired Soft Pink Minimalist Loft with a YouTube influencer in mind. You need the following packs for the lot to be functional: Jungle Adventure (grass wall). This lot can be used as a functional residential lot, I did not use any apartments in San Myshuno.

Includes (1bd/1ba):

• 1 lofted bedroom + bathroom

• walk-in closet

• storage space

• fully functional kitchen

• spacious living room

• laundry room

I took way too many screenshots but I hope you enjoy and mention @sierrathesimmer or tag me #sierrathesimmer if you use this lot.

CLICK ON THE FOLDER AND YOU WILL SEE A ZIPPED FILE THAT WILL INCLUDE THE TRAY FILES + CC USED TO MAKE THIS BUILD.

Lot Size - 20 x 20

if you have any questions or concerns when placing or using this lot. send me a direct message or email and let me know.

I just ask that you do not claim any of my lots, sims or content as your own.

**DO NOT SHARE THE LINK WITH OTHERS. IT WILL BE PUBLIC ON 10/15**

MAKE SURE 'BB.MOVEOBJECTS' and "BB.SHOWHIDDENOBJECTS" IS ON BEFORE PLACING LOT.

THE FILES 'DECOR0822' + 'DZSkinDetails' CONTAIN SEVERAL MERGED FILES AND ARE IMPORTANT FILES TO DOWNLOAD. (I was not able to unmerge these files since it was a file created with an older version of Sims 4 Studio that is no longer available).

sn: If you notice something is missing, message me and let me know. I export all the custom content through Tray Importer and sometimes it won't upload everything.

I have 40,000+ files of cc. I do not intentionally ever not include any of the custom content used!
