Hey, here's a 3 bedroom/2 bathroom two-level penthouse located in San Myshuno "Landgraab Apartments" (City Living pack required). This penthouse is decorated for a wealthy couple with a dog and a newborn on the way. It is Christmas decorated due to the delay in getting it finished in time. make sure to download the "IX TRAY FILES" AND "IXCC" for all 10 rooms to show up in your library with custom content check marked for rooms. a fully detailed layout of where to place each room below. my gallery ID is "sierrathesimmer." you should be searching the rooms in your my library category. you can type "IX " and all the rooms will show up.
make sure to bulldoze the lot before placing the rooms!
sn: If you notice something is missing, message me and let me know. I export all the custom content through Tray Importer and sometimes it won't upload everything.
I have 50,000+ files of cc. I do not intentionally ever not include any of the custom content used!

I fixed this a while back. If you downloaded the old tray files, delete them and download the new ones. It’ll show the kitchen and living room.

Every time I place one of your lots a bunch of things are missing or replaced, I put the tray files in the tray folder I just don’t get why it keeps doing that :(

I downloaded and installed but I am only seeing 9 rooms. The top hallway, master bath, master bed, walkin closet, nursery, bathroom, office, guest bathroom and entrance. I dont see the living/dining area or kitchen.
