This lot includes a neutral master bedroom, kitchen, dining and living area and room fit for a newborn son and pre-teen/teen girl. This lot has been test played and works on my end. make sure to download the "20C TRAY FILES" AND "20CCC PART 1 AND 2" for the room to show up in your library with custom content check marked for rooms. my gallery ID is "sierrathesimmer." you should be searching the rooms in your my library category. you can type "20 CULPEPPER" and the 18x16 room will show up.
make sure to bulldoze the lot before placing the rooms!

Anytime you download a build with cc - use Sims 4 Studio to batch update images to dx11. Your game will load! I have mostly ALL Sierra's houses and this is how I was able to use them. :)

when i placed the lot it said 2 things were removed and most of the wallpaper was gone

whenever i try to place an apartment, it goes into a forever loading screen. The game never opens, and I have to restart my computer just to get the game to close. I have tried the 50/50 method but still cannot figure it out. I also tried removing your folder from my game and the game opened up and did not get stuck on the loading screen.

Try 50/50 with the folder you have for me. If it’s opening without that folder, then it’s something in that folder. I’ve gone through the same thing with other creators.

In general, I’ve tried several of your apartments and they never work for me. I can place them but when I go and try to move in, it doesn’t work

It has to be a mod causing that if I had to guess. The infinite loading screen. Try the 50/50 method and see if you’re still not able to load into the apartment after placing it.
