Update prototype 3

Added the ability to customize how enemies will bind the heroine.
 
The Spawn Enemy button now opens the corresponding menu.

Select a Gag and a bondage option and click Add option.
Then click Spawn Enemy.

The enemy that appears will bind the heroine in order.

If you choose a Gag and any option with foot binding, then there will be such a small animation:
