College Kings 2 Episode 3 - “Back To Basics” release delayed by one week
Hey everyone,
Unfortunately we’ve had multiple unexpected circumstances that delayed the development of CK2 Episode 3 during the last month. Ranging from team members needing to go to the emergency room, our rendering program making certain renders and animations unusable and our art director’s home being flooded with dirt after a sewage pipe burst.
Despite these, we’ve been working as hard as we can to get Episode 3 out as quickly as possible and we don’t want to release an unfinished product. That’s why we’ve decided to delay both Patreon and Steam release dates by one week respectively.
The new release dates are March 14 for Patreon and March 23 for Steam.

Hey everyone, In order to accommodate for an upload crash, we're aiming for an 11 pm GMT release for Episode 3 Patreon Release (2 1/2 hours from the time this is posted) instead of our usual 8 pm GMT goal. I know you're all excited and we are too, which is why we want to make sure we have enough time to double check all download links and give the upload time to cache, so that the actual release is as smooth as it can be. - Steve

Quite sad that the episode was delayed :( but I do understand the reasons… just hope the team is doing as fine as it could go and that patreons get the release ASAP :) thanks once again for the transparency (although we could be informed a little before the release date 😅😅)

I just went to the emergency room last week. Things happen unexpectedly so the game can wait tbh. Hope everyone is doing okay or atleast working back towards it. 🖤
