Important Announcement: Billing is finally on the day you signed up.
Hey everyone,
Patreon just released a new option, which allows creators to bill each patron individually on the day they signed up.
Initially Patreon was meant as a stable income for creators, which is why it always charged everyone one the first of the month, so that creators would get a "paycheck".
This however had the awkward side effect that anyone signing up at the end of the month, would get charged right again at the start of the new month.
With this new feature, which I immediately activated, this is a thing of the past. You will now be charged on the day you signed up, not on the first of the month.

Hey! I had the same situation, I signed up at the very end of Oct and got billed today as well
Yo this didn't work, I paid at 28th of october but still got billed at November 1st
Finally, i was wondering why it wasn't like this from the start, but what you said also makes sense.
How about the ones that been with you for awhile? It will change too? Cause I don't even remember when I joined!
I believe if you are a long term patreon it will stay on the 1st of the month. Only new patrons will be affected, or if you cancel and repledge.
