Hero Vault Update

Hero Vault is currently undergoing a major rewrite and redesign, so I’ve paused billing for the time being.

During development, you’ll continue to have access to all of your existing benefits. The only service that will be unavailable is Hero Vault itself while it’s being rebuilt.

The current roadmap (subject to change) looks like this:

• August: Limited release begins.

• Before the end of the year: Public testing phase.

For the limited release, the plan is to invite a small group of testers first. Paid supporters will also receive invite slots so they can bring others into the test and help evaluate functionality under real-world use.

The Vision

The long-term goal of Hero Vault is to give players true ownership of their characters.

Just like many of us still have old paper character sheets from campaigns years ago, your digital characters should belong to you, not to a single game world or server. Hero Vault is being built to let you keep your characters, develop them over time, and seamlessly move them between compatible groups and campaigns.

FoundryVTT integration is the initial focus, with the possibility of expanding to additional platforms in the future.
