MAJOR UPDATE | Careers + After-School Activities
Hello lovelies,
I've got some big news to share about my careers and after-school activities. After a lot of late nights and troubleshooting/learning, I've taught myself how to build careers from the ground up in Sims 4 Studio! I am moving away from Mod Constructor V5, which has been retired by Zerbu. I will be making my mods via S4S instead.
ALL of my careers and after-school activities will be getting updated and rebuilt. This includes my personal careers and the Asiashamecca/Arialyx archives. I will release updates in bundles as I work through them, so please be patient with me as this is going to take a LONG time!
Going forward, updated careers will require:
XML Injector
Why am I doing this: A few reasons:
Mods will be more stable long-term and survive future patches better.
My mods will no longer require script files so will not exceed the 250 recommended limit.
My careers will have PTO again!
No more reliance on Mod Constructor V5 which has been retired and hasn't had any updates with new skills etc for a long time.
Updates will take time but will be worth the wait. My MCV5 careers and after-school activities are all still functional and will remain that way while I rebuild. I'm going to build a google docs with clear updates too.
I will also keep releasing wallpapers/build items as I wade through code in S4S. I find making them so relaxing and it will give me a break from the all code!
Thank you so much for your patience and support while I work through this. I’m so excited to begin releasing content in this next phase of my modding journey.
More info coming as each bundle is ready!

I've just come back to the sims after a few months off to see this post after wondering why I couldn't find an update for your paleontology career! Love your work and hope my sim gets to dig up dinos again soon :)
Hi, ultimate taylor inspired career will be updated? Cuz i'm dying for ir :c
does the ultimate fashionista career still work?
Scarlet’s Realm has them as broken, but we can still use them offline right now before the update correct?
Hi - I’ve updated and everything works on my computer. Nobody has sent me any bug reports so all seems well until the next patch. SR may have them listed as broken as I’d not announced everything seemed to be working fine! Any issues, let me know :)
Yay!! Will the after school be every day, every x days or once a week? Will there be weekend jobs for teens?
im so excited for this! i love your jobs and im so happy to see your hard work paying off! also for the gigs thing i literally JUST saw that there's an error that happens with gigs! and amethyst lilac just posted a fix and a bug report! https://www.patreon.com/posts/157881364 so just a head's up if in part of your fixing and learning that you've been running into that issue its not you! either way good luck and i'm looking forward to it all!
