PATCH 1.117.227 | Updates

Hi lovely people,

Just a quick update regarding today’s patch (1.117.227) and Mod Constructor.

Zerbu has confirmed that many mods created with Mod Constructor appear to be broken by the latest patch. He’s currently investigating the cause and will release a fix as soon as possible:

“I’ve been made aware that a lot of mods made with Mod Constructor are broken with the patch. I’m looking into what caused it and will release a fix as soon as possible!”

This likely affects all of my careers and after-school activity mods. I haven’t been able to check myself yet as I’m staying with a friend tonight and I’m away from my computer.

Behind the scenes, I’ve already started the process of remaking all of my careers and after-school activities without using Mod Constructor. However, I will continue using Mod Constructor for the foreseeable future until I can release a full batch update with the remade versions. This may take a few months and possibly be in the new year.

Once Zerbu releases a fix, I’ll begin updating all of my script mods using MCV5 so you can use them again asap. Please note I have over 100 mods to go through, so it may take a bit of time. This may also delay the release of my upcoming alien career bundle, but I’ll keep you posted.
