Fixed an issue where there was a tire wall at the pit exit in the Short layout. (Thank you Johnny Speed for the report.)

Hello shin956, just wanted to report a bug with the short layout. Cars leaving the pits crash into a wall trying to exit pitlane. I think the wall is not suppose to be there? Otherwise, fantastic track!
