From Jeff the Mechanic to Mr. Perino: Watching Degrassi with Tom Melissis

Public Release - What was it like being one of Degrassi’s longest-running teachers?

In this special watch party episode, I’m joined by Tom Melissis, who played Mr. Perino throughout Degrassi: The Next Generation and Degrassi: Next Class, and Jeff The Mechanic in Degrassi Junior High.

Together, we watch through some of Tom’s most memorable Degrassi scenes: Jenna lactating in class, Fiona bringing a pig to school, dramatic hallway fights, bullying Derek and more.

Plus, Tom reveals that one of his fellow adult cast members once asked him on a date. 👀

Class is in session, and Mr. Perino has stories to share.

Tom talks about his other shows (Ready or Not, Riverdale and more), working on those projects with Miss Hot Sauce and Sauve, and what it was like watching the Degrassi kids grow up and move on year after year. Watch Here!
