Reminder: Patreon Subscription Updates
Hey, Degrassi Kids! 💕
Just a reminder that Patreon tier prices have increased.
This increase allows us to continue the pace of the community we’ve built together, including watch parties, live events, and collaborations with Degrassi actors, without having to scale back the content we love.
Here’s the breakdown by tier:
☕ The Dot Café
+$2 CAD (about $1.50 USD)🎉 Spirit Squad, Ultimate Degrassi Fan, and Postcard Club
+$3 CAD (about $2.25 USD)📬 Mail to Degrassi Street, Degrassi Student Council, and Producer Tier
+$4 CAD (about $3 USD)
But before this change takes effect, there are a few important things to note:
💱 Important Note About Currency
Because I’m a Canadian creator, Patreon may send you an email showing the new price in Canadian dollars (CAD). For members outside of Canada, this can make the increase look bigger than it actually is.
Rest assured, you will be charged in your own currency at the converted rate. For example, The Dot Café tier will be $5 CAD, which is roughly $3.65 USD.
🖥️ Avoid iOS Billing
When subscribing to Patreon, it’s always best to do it directly through a web browser. If you sign up through the app, Apple charges an additional 30% fee, which can make your monthly subscription unnecessarily high.
Taking those few extra steps to join through a web browser can save you money each month.
🗓️ When Does This Change Take Effect?
All brand new Patreon members will be charged at the new pricing tiers starting immediately.
If you are already a Patreon member, you’ll keep the old pricing for one more month. Thank you so much for sticking with me through this change. I know we live in a world full of subscriptions, and I truly appreciate you choosing my Patreon to be one of them.

After May 17th I am probably switching to the Mail to The Degrassi Street tier since it’s only $4 a month CAD!
Hi Mya! To clarify, it’s an increase of $4/month! It will be roughly $34 CAD or $25 USD 🥰
Since I figure you might be interested in exact numbers instead of keeping on estimates, Spirit Squad seems to be +1.74 USD because my email said i was getting increased to $5.74 from $4,
This is GREAT! Thank you. It's hard to see exactly what it'll be, so I've been using google for the conversion rate. Thank you, Scott!
Awesome
So after my subscription goes up (May 18th), if I switch to the same tier I have now does that mean I would get the same perks as I do now, or as I read there would also be postcard tier? Since the price did change with the Spirit Squad to $3.00 CAD I would stick with that one!
Good question! All perks would stay the same. There currently in a tier called the Post Card Tier, but you would only get those perks if you upgrade to that tier!
Love you
Sending my love right back! 💕
