So this was kindly forwarded to us...
Most of our long-term followers will know this is nothing new - we just rarely post about these kind of issues now (reasons mentioned previously) & deal with it privately.
But if there's anything more unmotivating & disheartening when it comes to creating our own content, it's this...
This isn't The Sims 4. This isn't 'leaking' or sharing CC within the community. It's beyond that...
Charging $65-$130 for stolen mods, really? 🤯
Imagine putting your all into something, making something from scratch, for a game you loved - only for people like this to take advantage for their own financial gain?
It's gross & disrespectful.
We get times are tough - but if the goal was to profit & make your pocket money from mods, step one is usually “don’t steal.” 🤦♀️
We make our terms very clear across all platforms regarding conversions & reselling.
Why is it so hard to respect that? We don't create items for you to pay YOUR bills.
Stealing & ripping from a Sims 4 Creator that actually makes their own meshes, reselling it for profit, and then confidently posting a “no reselling or sharing” policy as if irony were dead 🙄
Because wrapping other people’s actual meshes/work in your own terms magically make it yours, right? 💀 What about the terms & policy of our actual work that you ripped?
We're not a 'huge' brand. We're small creators who create from scratch, and the items you stole weren't 'labelled/designer' either - except for our own logo on some pieces.
3D model sites exist.
Commercial licenses exist.
Learning 3D exists.
Creating your own work exists.
Heck, you could have even tried to RECREATE our meshes (as long as it wasn't our actual mesh!)
It's not like there aren't options - There are thousands of models out there similar to ours, which could have been bought/converted ethically.

Again, shit as it is - it isn't our job to provide content for your games outside of the sims/inzoi.
We don't put in the work just for to take the literal piss & make money.
It isn't right, no matter how you try and sugar-coat it. Then people wonder why creators leave?

I hate to tell you this because I absolutely LOVE your content but I'm not sure where to reach out to you besides in your comments,, but I downloaded all the cc off your cursed forge account and almost half of it was reading as corrupt files and showing up with a package size of 0Bytes. I'm not sure if it's something I can fix? Or if it's on your end? But I wanted to let you know especially if I'm not the only one having this issue! Again I LOVE your creations and was so sad to see these prevent my game from opening. Keep creating the amazing Cc you create!!
Hey sorry for late reply love (not been too well). We have had a look and all seems to be working fine on our end / nothing has changed with the files, so not sure why it would be doing that unless it's something on cf's end? 🤔 Can only really suggest reporting the issue to them & hopefully they can help with the issue? 🩷
Pretty much all of FiveM stuff is stolen from a Sims 4 Artist, you wonder if there is something you can do considering they claim to be a designer
We've DMCA'd (digital millennium copyright act) them, which is unfortunate as we'd rather not. I do believe some sims creators give permission though (like with dollie mods) but they actually go towards supporting the original creator.

Ugh, this is disgusting! Do you have something in the UK similar to a Cease & Desist Letter? Is there something you can serve upon the owners of the company?? That is awful, people are terrible and I wish them massive diarrhea for a week!!!!

I’m not sure, thank you though hun 💗 we’ve filed a DMCA with them & some fivem servers that were reported to us. Just getting ridiculous now though ☹️ we shouldn’t have to resort to it.

We did. Great to be fucked over by the person we actually agreed to collab with 🤦♀️🤔🙃 but it seems obviously we're the 'mean' ones for ruining their game... despite it being OUR work that was stolen. Didn't realise it was our responsibility to provide content to folks from different games and allow them to profit from it... 💀🙄

+ the bonus of $65-$130 per sale for stolen content 🫠 Obviously the Poundshop/Dollartree isn't paying them enough for their day job, and can't be arsed buying legit models or making their own, so they result to this 💀
