 * Just a heads up guys re our Website *
For genuine simmer access, do not pledge for the password - this cannot be 'bought' - NO payment is needed.
This is only in place due to issues we've had with people from other games, taking advantage, and ripping, converting & reselling our meshes.
This not only breaks our own T.O.U, but also EA's T.O.S.

🚫** WE DO NOT ALLOW CONVERSIONS - DO NOT RIP OR SELL OUR MESHES IN GAMES SUCH AS GTA, ROBLOX, IMVU, SECOND LIFE, ETC! **🚫
[ ALL of our meshes are watermarked ]
Failure to comply with our T.O.U will result in a DMCA takedown notice, without prior warning.

DO NOT - Reupload, Include my mesh in your download / cc folders / blender scenes for download or on pay sites/patreon (always link back to my page so they can download directly), Use my textures, Convert, Claim as your own or modify my mesh in any way.

*NO RECOLOURS PLEASE - PERSONAL RECOLOURS ARE OK 😊*
