im going to try taking out all my mods and putting them back one at a time to see which one it is thats conflicting

yes, try it... test by removing all mods, and leave the mod you want, if it works, make sure that there is a conflict with another mod

the mod i downloaded for it to work was the one which as all the package files and also says watch video till the end is the correct one
did you install the arny farm land mod? if so, that's the cause... my mod has a conflict with his, because his mod replaces the base tunning game

United Kingdom hi when i try to make my sims use the car they wave their hands about like they cant do it . have you any idea why
