Who are the characters on the cover page for all the books

You've got to read the story to find out! (Most of them are very obvious)

Is image 7 brook? If so, she should have a light green complexion. Or at least a green tint to her skin shadows or green tint to her skin in the light as primarily Subsurface Scattering (light entering/scattering inside), high-resolution normal maps for pores and wrinkles, and detailed roughness maps to differentiate shiny (oily/wet) from matte areas. Gives it a more realistic look to it. I used to work as a free lance character artist for some of the studios. But they died during covid lock down and my design career came to an end. That was when I was working on the dead pool 2 movie. I would suggest designing the main characters in 2d or 2.5d and refining the characters so each of them are recognizable without cloths on. Specifically incorporating their body types and natural skin colors and hair color and any defined body embellishments, like a facial mole or freckles, etc. Once you have that taking the characters into 3D is easy, then you can design cloths for them and creating artwork is a sinch, simply posing them and rendering. The style of render will define the realism of the result. You can even get 2D looking photoshop results from the 3D render engine depending on your configuration and the results you are looking for. Staying in 2D or 2.5D results in a lot more work every time you want a new image. Unless you want to have AI do it for you every time which a lot of people are doing now a days. To be clear, I am not talking about game 3D rendering. I am referring to high end character art. What a lot of the studios do is go to 3D Scan Store and buy fully scanned body shapes and skin colors that apply to the character concept they want to create. Conforming the body shape to another in 3D can be done by simple alignment and then using a conformer function or plugin depending on the 3D environment being used for design. I prefer ZBrush but there are others, so its not limited. This takes all the hassle of the skin color, texture and detail out of the work. So your close up renders look awesome. https://www.3dscanstore.com/ Examples of the quality and type of character art I am referring to. https://www.3dscanstore.com/image//data/01_Gallery/Reinaldo%20G/4.jpg https://https://www.3dscanstore.com/image//data/01_Gallery/Reinaldo%20G/1.jpg https://www.3dscanstore.com/image//data/01_Gallery/Reinaldo%20G/2.jpg https://www.3dscanstore.com/image//data/01_Gallery/FHNT/6.jpg https://www.3dscanstore.com/image//data/01_Gallery/FHNT/3.jpg

Yay! My mom (who likes Innocent Devil’s Harem, but only has a Kindle and doesn’t use the internet, otherwise) will be happy that she can read more! Thank you!

Dunno, I'm so used to the character images from the game that these seem strange. Liked the game versions personally. But definitely an improvement on the previous covers.

Think about it like this: the game has 'real' looking characters (as in, they could borderline be real people), whereas these versions are a bit more anime style. So it's like the difference between a photograph of a real person vs an anime version of them. They both fall into the category of 2.5D (which is more than 2D, more than anime style, but less than a full 3D realism), but one version is a more real-looking 2.5D (the game) and the other is a bit more of an anime-style 2.5D.
