đŁ B3DSERK Library Update!!!!
Hola, hola, amigos!!!!
We wanted to share an important update about the B3DSERK library and, while weâre here, get your opinion on a couple of things too.
Over the years, our Gumroad has grown into a great archive with more than 400 models from different terms, collections and years. Recently, because of some copyright-related issues on the platform, a lot of those older models were removed from the store.
Because of that weâve moved all the models to Google Drive, so if thereâs an older B3DSERK model you had access to but didnât manage to download or save, just send us a private message here on Patreon with the model you need and weâll send it your way!!!!
For new releases, weâll keep using Gumroad and Google Drive as usual. Still, we recommend downloading your files or adding them to your library when they arrive, just to keep everything safe on your side too.
And now we need your brains for a second!!!! Do you know another good platform for storing and sharing STL files? Something youâve used, trust and think could work well for B3DSERK, like Gumroad does? Drop your recommendations below and tell us how it works!!!!
And one more thing. We feel that our reach and exposition of our work is very limited, and sometimes the models that we produce month by month just pass unnoticed by our community. Right now our dudes lives across Instagram, Discord and our Facebook Group, but weâd love to know if you us those social networks and which one is your favorite; or if thereâs another place where youâd like to hang out, share your prints, talk models and keep the B3DSERK madness going.

Between the systems I've got models from, Gumroad is my favorite, but I also like Cults3D. MMF seems awkward to find my stuff and I rarely use it (even though some of my Patreon subscriptions put a copy there). Google Drive is my least favorite for the reasons mentions elsewhere. I have to do alot of post organizing to get the files out of the generic .zip files from Google. Just keep up the Awesome work whatever you do.
For me it is MMF, Gum road and Google Drive. WhatsApp could be a useful tool. I have 12 TB of backup drives with about 4TB of high quality 3D model's, not very organized yet as G Drive is a bit untidy when it zips files for downloading.
My Mini Factory seems to be an option used by many creators on Patreon. One creator I follow, Galactic Armory sends an email link at the end of the month with all files that were released for that month
How come you guys have the Patreon all smudged out and we canât see the pictures? WB causing drama? Is that Deathstroke for September?! Can I still get him if i sub now?!

Will you be re-uploading old files to Gumroad? I like it as a catalog of your old statues, to see what's available. And I find it easier to download there than via Cults.
Ive always been partial to Gumroad. I have thousands of models well organized and easily searchable. I really hate when I have to jump between libraries, and ive got about 8tb of artists that choose to just use Google Drive. I currently have accounts that use MMF, Google Drive, Cults, and Gumroad. Gumroad will always be my first choice. If I already have it in my Gumroad, theres nothing to worry about? No matter what route you go, I'm with ya!

I have a loooot of stls in gumroad, how can I know if I lost one? Approximately, which dates were removed?
gumroad has removed them po a copyright problem. It's not a B3dserk decision. It can happen, and it happens, in any patreon you are subscribed to. I 80% of the figs I have them downloaded on an HDD

This isn't a solution, but just something to bear in mind with Google Drive. When I go to download a large, multi-gig file, it tends to break up the contents into multiple folders in the download. I try to keep things tidy on my end, and the resulting split is anything but. It can been frustrating to re-organize everything properly after the fact. I know Google Drive is a temporary solution, and that's fine. So long as it is really temporary. MyMiniFactory is okay, but I find it difficult to navigate. Not sure it would offer the protection you seek. Worth investigating. I see some folks using https://itch.io/
Ole!!. Hay patreons que utilizan Myminifactory y no usan el nombre original, porque tb han tenido problemas... Ese para mĂ es confuso porque si buscas a Batman, por ejemplo, pues no sale. Otros tienen Google Drive y tienen una lista en Excel. A mĂ, personalmente, lo que mĂĄs me gusta es Gumroad y Google Drive, tal como lo estĂĄis haciendo. Porque me permite tener muy bien organizada la librerĂa y encontrar algo es facilisimo
