this gives me a feeling that will is in full control and has been for a long time while hannibal is only now beginning to realize that. they're both experiencing something new that they haven't been able to feel before in their lives, for will that would be the control and power after quietly following orders of other people for years and for hannibal it would be submission and trust, all handed to a person that isn't himself. it's like hannibal has given up the fight to stay in control of the relationship between them and there's relief and bliss in letting will handle him and mold him, letting him decide when he gets to be restrained and muzzled. the way that hannibal is reaching for will's hand shows his respect, like he's trying not to go to far with it cause he doesn't want to interrupt but he needs to feel something and hold onto that feeling. that's how i see it 🧎‍♂️ also this is gorgeous, i adore the light work and will's focused little face 🖤
