I really love how this piece takes inspiration from the kind of relaxed violence of the baroque paintings, where the characters are more inconvenienced by being stabbed and the stabber is almost surprised by their own actions. This is honestly breathtaking, especially the hands, but it reminded me of those masterpieces.
