Dark academia / Witch academia update to the Sims 4 fantasy save file

With the introduction of Gemology to the game, I felt there was enough there to make Britechester Gnomeversity alive and bustling with more Witch academia activities:

• explore Discover University as a Britechester Gnomeversity resident, academian or student. Students at Britechester can also further their studies through Museum visits and visits to the Magic Realm with their clubs!

• While gnomes, earth witches and wizards and ancient elves might prefer the traditional flair of Britechester, those from Hazard Harbor, Cybershuno & Oasis Space port may prefer the technological advantages of Foxbury. Enjoy all the rivalry this creates!

• Explore Gemology & Archaeology as you research and study all over the world on digs while pursuing scholarly delights.

• Live and study in cozy cottages for brewing, knitting and painting.
