• Includes rental units to make the castle grounds come alive with peasants, servants and castle keep folk

• Sleeps about 9 sims

• Castle: includes communal spaces such as a throne room, ballroom and diningroom. Has inside and outside bathing facilities. This is not an off the grid castle, but I think it still feels authentic! It's magical so anything is possible! The castle includes a royal bedchamber for your royal ruler to occupy.

• Stables and adjacent stable keep / stable boy quarters. Yes! Horses can rent from you. I've made the stables communal on the advice of community members who have played in this way. This way everyone can ride the horses and see them out and about!

• Castle grounds: includes a bar area, town square, market, church (and wedding venue) and post office for renter's to collect their mail.

• Housing / Rentals: The wizard's tower and abode is in the castle grounds. He will be renting from whichever royalty is occupying the landlord's unit inside the castle. The tower is a communal space for magical adventures, but his adjacent residence is not. I also included two more units for renting out to make your castle grounds more lively and fun.
