The Outong V0.1.8 Is Out

-Gon - I hope these reach you. I hope you are still working on this. And I hope you will reach out soon to those of us who are still loving this work. I have played thru this story a few times now. I bought it on Itch, and I subscribed. That being said I would like to say something to everyone who replied to this update. Honestly, I think I can understand what Gon was going for by having Scarlett where she is. I may be way off. But it feels like he wanted to put her in a situation where MC would find Scarlett at the club, they have a come to Jesus moment about their feelings, and he has some BDSM sexy time with her. Gon - This was not the right way to make that happen. It would have been better to have Scarlett investigating something that led her to sneak into the club and getting caught by MC while he was there WITHOUT the BIK interactions. What you wrote doesn't make any sense to the story, or the characters. She left in secret to go after a thing that reminded her of something in the past with no actual details. What is it? Why did she want it? Why would she exclude MC from helping? All this stuff about everybody having secrets that never get revealed and no details to the reader about what's actually going on with the characters is what's hurting the story. And to be clear, this is a great story. This is a potential work of art. But the Scarlett story arch as it is, is not good. She should NOT have appeared to have sex with Bik, even if we didn't get to see it, and MC should have gone after her while he was still at the club. I really hope the time since last July that you have been silent is because you have been improving and working on this. I hope that you come out of radio silence to address your fans (of which I am currently one) and help us understand what was going on, and let us know if there is a way we can help to further the project along. I hope my posts here reach you, and you understand that we aren't attacking you, we truly want to see this get better. And get on Discord dude. Talk to some folks. The more people you are in contact with, the more the project gets talked about generating interest and possibly funds. That's all I have for now. I'll shut up. If I don't hear from you sometime soon I will assume this is abandoned, and sadly walk away.

Even though there is a lot about this that needs polishing, especially at the beginning (I know, this is your first) I have to admit, and am really enjoying the story. And I love the characters. The dialogue needs a lot of work, but it's not so bad you can't understand most of what's going on. But the image and animation work is incredible. I hope to see more soon.

And what is up with Scarlett being cuffed in the sex club? That's the girl MC thinks he recognized. Was that part of the story that got erased? Why wouldn't you fix that?

Are there any more updates coming? Or maybe at least a state of progress? And I agree with below. Not happy about the Scarlett NTR. But I will wait and see what happens.

Dev don't continue the scarlet NTR route in a harem game that a very very bad idea.

Why the forced NTR bait? You were going smooth, now you wanna bait NTR fans into a harem game without any warning to your main audience. I hope you don't lose the bird in the hand trying to bait the bird in the bush.

I really hope it hasn't abandoned the game. I'm really enjoying it. i agree some of the plot could use some refinement but its the Devs first project, constructive criticism is probably more helpful, As far as i could see there hasn't been any actual true NTR with Scarlett, there's been subtle hints at it, but i wont judge it till the Dev releases the update.

What are you doing to Scarlett because it's getting out of hand with this NTR bait stuff because truly you're playing with fire, and it's of matter of time your community will turn on you
