Many of you have asked for your files to be delivered to your MMF library. By this time, I think you already know I treasure your feedback more than anything else, so I think Tribes is a great way to find the best of both worlds.
For those willing to hop on to Tribes instead of Patreon, there will be a special Voucher system, which will allow you to redeem September's bundle on Tribes for free. That's only fair as you already got your stuff for the month!
As you may see, there is a slight price difference there. As the project has grown significantly for the last year (we're now the 15th largest STL Project in the tabletop 3D printing world!), so did the amount of content delivered to you each month.
However, the $2 subscription increase is alleviated by 2 things:
a larger discount for previous models
exclusive Tribes STL(s) - this month it's monted Grimhelm (riding version of Chapter 11 on-foot mini)
Plus, the Early Bird is actually at the price of your current Ranger tier here 😉

When and where will the mounted Grimhelm be available to buy for us Patrons?
About 2 days? I'm sorry it takes so long :( I need to go through the process of adding products and I always procrastinate that (while making stuff ready for the current month of course!).
I did read in the comments that you were looking at a voucher for annual subscribers. I am in no rush and get your awesome models either way so no worries.

There might be some way to get a voucher for a given number of months left on your annual sub later on, if you'd like to transfer to Tribes. However, you are welcome to wait for it to run out here of course!
If I stay on Patreon will the files going forward transfer to MMF? I have an annual subscription so I can’t go to tribes right now any way. Just curious.

I'd like to switch, but I'm waiting on the voucher. That said, will I be able to move all of my collection to MMF; or will it be a situation where everything up to August is on one platform, and the rest is on another? Is there a way to get everything on MMF; otherwise, I feel torn. If the whole concept is ease of conveniently having everything in one place, it feels odd to have half of it on the website and half on MMF.

So I am a little disappointed here. I have supported you here since the very first month without missing a single month even months that were not really to my liking and now I find out that in the middle of the night you switched platforms and raised the price to all but the first 50 and know because I was sleeping and probly wouldn't have wanted to pay double anyhow I will have to pay more on a different platform just so I can get everything. do I understand this right. And if I don't move I will miss the mounted grimhelm. as well as future exclusives. I hope you can understand why I am disappointed.
I wouldn't want to make you dissappointed in any way! Firstly - it's not a change in platforms. Please read the post to the end. The two sites will be running in parallel, and Tribes was made for people who asked over and over again about MMF integration. It's my move to make life easier for you, the awesome people supporting the project. I will surely open the Early Bird with more spots for people who wish to go there from Patreon Early Bird, once the Voucher is made. A locked post just for you will be made. The extra mini there will be in the store (I would never just make a model for it to never exist again in other places, that's not the digital product idea) for the usual unit price of around $4, so with the Patreon discount you are not going to be at a loss. It's just compensation for the pricing change, that's all. I hope this clears the problem points, and I am really sorry this post was not clear enough. If you see any other issues, please don't hesitate to let me know. I really want you to feel ok with all this and I stress again, that it's not a transition or that there are no models lost in the process.
Hi Maksym, I assume that the stretch goals on tribes as DnD 5e Adventure Modules and welcome trove expansion will not be available here, right? Will we be informed before the end of the month, how the vouchers will work for the yearly subscription? Is there a discounted yearly subscription at tribes? Thanks and kind regards, Alex
I don't wanna make them limited though. I mean, people on Tribes will benefit from the Goals we achieved on Patreon. Why should it not work both ways? Just thinking out loud, as there is time before we reach those goals there 😄 I do hope MMF delivers and gets the vouchers done. I'll of course keep you posted. I don't think they are planning that for now, the yearly subs.

Not happy with the new. I don't like MMF because of all the advertising and tons of mails they send. I am very happy with Patreon, also because I support other creators here. I think that at the end you will have to choose a platform.
Thanks for the comment! As said in the post, I'm not choosing any plaform. It's been opened as I got really lots of messages from supporters, asking for MMF integration. Thus, to cater to those needs, Tribes were opened. You are of course welcome to stay here 😊

Okay. I am waiting but ready to move over to MMF. I do not mind the $2 up cost, but need to see how the remaining half year of my yearly payment that is still left from a yearly sub on Patreon will be handled. Thanks.

You can surely wait if you're interested in a transition to MMF 😊 They would most likely work retro-actively, so you wouldn't pay twice of course. More info about the vouchers in a couple of days, as they need to be finalized and tested. It is still Beta 😉

I joined the Tribe now. Signing off here at Patreon, then. Not sure how I will be able to get a hold of that voucher thing when I cancel the pledge here at Patreon.. I guess you have a plan for that? :) (yes, I have use the same email address both places)
On Patreon you are "Active" untill the end of the month, regardless if you cancel now. You can check that out after you cancel. You will still see the locked posts and all that 😉
Ok switched over but got charged so will wait to see how mmf voucher works. Plus how will transfer of all the chapters I have backed on Patreon work on mmf.
The transfer will be handled tomorrow. And the voucher will allow you to get your money back, it's just not ready for publishing yet. Tribes is Beta, so we need to give them some space for improvement of course 😉
well i just subscrebe on MMF, but got charge 12,5 $ for some thing i allready payed for, do i have to pay dubble now ??
The voucher system is coming soon and you will be compensated so you don't pay double! No worries about this - this would be totally unfair if you had to purchase the bundle twice!

Awesome ;) 1. Existing files - only the Chapters you collected on Patreon, not the purchases on the site. 2. There will be a tribes voucher mechanism so you're not at a loss becuase of this transition of course! Please give MMF a couple of days to finish it up ;)
I was considering the year subscription. I am not sure I can afford to change over as a merchant. That being said I want to help out however I can. I know change is just the way of life.

I am locked here for a bit too. I moved one of my Patreons over to MMF. I am not 100% sold on their crowd funding yet, they still have a bit more to tackle. but I figured this was going to happen soon enough. I want you guys to get the best support and get the biggest cut.

It's not really about the cut, I didn't join the Tribes to get those extra $2 - I joined mainly to make it easier for the large percentage of you guys who asked repeatedly about MMF integration. I like the idea of MMF but the none stop pop-up Ads drive me nuts on there site every time you switch pages. Gotta close the Ad next page another Ad. It is by far the worst website I go too.

I'm a little disappointed that there will be an exclusive STL only available through Tribes (assuming I'm reading that correctly). Will these be available to buy through your store? As a day 1 patron, I've enjoyed everything you've put out - I just don't want to feel like I'm missing out because I don't want to jump to MMF.
Yes, it will of course be in the store later. It's just to compensate for the $2 difference between Patreon and MMF. The object will be priced at the standard ~$4, so with the discount it should be basically the same 😉 Thank you so much for being here all this time. I would never want you to feel disappointed!
you might get exhausted trying to keep up all three platforms. I wonder why people want mmf backup instead of your own site. Mmf is better than nothing, but it's so cluttered sometimes, I think I'll stick to your site.
I don't judge 😉 I know that for many people it was easier to use MMF as they had all their other Patreons handing out files there, so it's one less place to keep track of. You are very welome to stick to Patreon + my website of course, and I really appreciate this feedback. It means so much to me to know I managed to create an acceptable ecosystem here!
