Roadmap - 2024 - Part 2

Hey there, thank you so much for being there and your support!

It's amazing to see so many of you decided to upgrade to the Combined Tier! I'm so pleased that the new content is appreciated and I hope what comes in the next months will not dissapoint.

Without further ado, the Roadmap for the second half of 2024!

Wargaming Tier

  • July - Tales of the Elven Kingdoms - a huge release of high elves. It's time to expand on the Brightwood range (Chapter 9), as well as the first elves we created long ago in Chapters 4 and 5. Expect lots of heroes, units and terrain!

  • August - Elven Customizer - Vol. 2 - an expansion for the first ever customizer, the one that started it all. We'll try to get most of the already existing elven ranges in there, so you can modify them however you like.

  • September - Tales of the Golden Khanate - the steppe awaits, and with axe-wielding horse archers and charioteers.

  • October - Tales of the Jade Empire - somewhat of an experimental release, I hope you'll still enjoy it and find it useful though! We'd like to create a set inspired by even further oriental themes, creating heroes and units for a shogunate.

  • November - Eastern Empires Customizer - this customizer release will encompass the Southerners, Easterners and the Khanate units. If you enjoy October's release, those might also become modular minis!

  • December - Tales of Glacial Wildlands - we venture far, far north and spend the winter with the mammoth-taming snow people.

RPG Tier

  • July - Enchanted Forest - wild creatures of the forest (obligatory owlbear of course!), a powerful dryad and magical trees, with a little slavic twist on top!

  • August - Feywild Dreams - sensational place where magic (and pixies) runs free. You might even find a unicorn, though it might not end well...

  • September - Great Steppe - step out of your yurt and take a deep breath of cold air. Let out a deep sigh, pack your bag and follow the trail of carcasses to track the band of gnolls that must have taken your horse that night.

  • October - Jade Empire - encounter elementals, mephits, horned wyrms and even an ancient gold dragon!

  • November - Aquatic Mysteries - something for those who prefer to stay on the shore, as well as those who like to venture deep below the surface! Aboleth-hunting anyone?

  • December - Frozen North - better take that thick, fur coat, as it's going to get chilly. Yetis, frost giants, werebears, possibly a white dragon? Why would you even come to such an unfriendly place...

There are no separate crowdfunding projects planned for the rest of the year at The Printing Goes Ever On. We've got out hands full with the monthly releases.
For 2025, potential projects include more RPG content, as well as an overall customizer app overhaul.

Please let me know what you think!

Hi everyone, thumbs up, the plan sounds very good. Will there be snow trolls at the end of the year? I've been looking for them for a while

Thanks a lot! Yes, that sounds like a good idea for the winter-themed releases ;)

Love this! Have you considered releasing chapters based on a certain book about a Hobbit? It would really suit your format and barely anybody seems to be doing it.

Looks great, will the warriors of Glacial Wildlands have tamed War Mammoths?
