How do you get such an grate shine on the models with the lighting?
I used the “clearcoat” on the principled shader, it gives a secondary shine layer on top. Also the positioning of the lights (and size, smaller ones create sharper highlights)

Just gotta say - but if I was Lily, having just endured such an exquisite round of tickle 'torture', I'd be aching to hog cuff and ball gag Megan in those jean shorts and black vest top, and then give her payback on her cute little bare feet. Just saying. ;)
